Recently, a lot of people have been telling me that I am brave, and I have a lot of courage and strength. More often than not, I dismiss these comments because, for me, courage is actually doing things like running with the bulls, climbing Mount Everest, or skydiving. However, lately, I have realized that I actually demonstrate courage and strength on a daily basis, as does everyone else.

In fact, we face obstacles and challenges in our everyday lives. Yet, we show courage and strength in such difficult situations, and these acts of valor are worthy of acknowledgment.

1. You Wake Up and Get Out of Bed Each Morning

The very first brave act you perform each day is getting out of bed in the morning. No, this is not an exaggeration.

Living in the 21st century comes with its fair share of burdens, heartaches, and misery. There is a lot you have to deal with daily.

Some people even suffer from clinical depression, and the fact that they find the courage and strength to get out of bed each morning is brave in itself.
