No matter how difficult it is, let go of the past and be open to new chapters.
I have read many poems where people wrote that their past haunts them.
It is not easy to let go of the past but start. Take small steps.
Try to forgive people who hurt you. Holding a grudge will only exhaust your energy.
Recently in the Generation Unlimited speech in the UN General Assembly, BTS leader Kim Namjoon shared these lines on self-love and embracing yourself despite how your past was or your future could be.
“Maybe I made a mistake yesterday, but yesterday’s me is still me. I am who I am today, with all my faults. Tomorrow I might be a tiny bit wiser, and that’s me, too.
These faults and mistakes are what I am, making up the brightest stars in the constellation of my life. I have come to love myself for who I was, who I am, and who I hope to become.”
Your Future Becomes what You Do Today
My mother often told me the story of ants when I was growing up, how they work in summers to store food for winter and rest later.
It is kind of the same with humans too. Our future reflects the works of our present.

We cannot escape time. Despite the fun Sunday night you had, Monday morning will come. So it is better to get everything ready for your Monday morning and enjoy Sunday night.
Pre-preparation, scheduling and planning in advance for what is to come helps you eliminate so many worries of the future.
Invest in Good Habits for a Worry-Free Future
Do you know most of the time we are living in autopilot mode? Because we have fixed habits and routines like waking up, brushing, getting ready etc.
Same way, when you invest your time and energy in creating healthy habits, it becomes a part of the process. Let your nervous system do the rest.
Your healthy habits like eating fresh foods, saying NO to junk, regular exercise will ensure a healthy body and mind reducing your risk of illness and diseases by manyfold.
Now, you don’t need to worry about your health in the future.
Listen to Your Heart
Last but the most important is, always, listen to your heart. Listen to what makes you happy, what makes your heart tick, what brings out that excitement and makes you run wild like a child and DO that.
