Don’t Stop The Fight Just Because You Are Tired
“It’s not the size of the dog in the fight, it’s the size of the fight in the dog.” ― Mark Twain

Have you ever felt like you cannot go on any longer? That you have had it and the fight doesn’t make sense to your purpose anymore? In this situation has anyone told you that you are just tired? It is so easy to give up at the end moment while it is the closest to victory that you can ever get.

If you answered Yes for most of the above, you are surely at the right place. Find out more about being a fighter when you are about to give up.

The world will fail you multiple times. The society will question you and your intentions. Your closest friends will doubt you or leave you, but life shall go on.

So many times we come to an edge where we no longer trust the world or its goodness. It is here that we back out.

Here are a few practical tips to carry on when all you can think about is quitting:

Sit with Yourself

When in doubt, it is extremely significant to confront yourself. Sit down and have a conversation. Ask yourself why you are on the verge of giving up.

Why do you want to quit when you are drawing close to the win? Is it something or someone who discouraged you or talked you out of it? If it is so, does that person really matter so much?

Tell yourself why you began in the first place. This shows you your purpose, and the reason you started gives you a push towards achieving what you began.

Make Post-its Your Buddy

Post-its are lifesavers. When you are having a rough week and constantly doubting yourself, post sticky notes all over your house. It may seem shallow for the first few days, but trust me you will get used to it. Plus when you see the benefits of waking up to a wall filled with positive affirmations, you will thank me!

Write down relevant feel-good quotes that make you smile and want to continue your battle towards a world-class life. Post-its are a great way to stop yourself from dragging yourself to work and being happy about where you are.

Share Your Goals and Fight for them

We all have a few friends that we share our deepest of secrets with. These are generally our well-wishers, people who care for us and our progress. It is safe and advantageous to share your goals or aims with them.

They encourage you to work harder and not quit. These friends look up to you and are genuinely happy for you. Be a hero to them and force yourself to go on and achieve great things.

Let Go Social Approval

We want to make everyone happy. But we forget that this is unachievable. No one can have everyone’s approval. Plus you end up leading an extremely boring and dependent life if you bank on someone so much.

Make your own rules and keep fighting. It is you who has to ultimately live with the consequences of your actions. Society will only come and shame you when you go wrong. So stop putting them up on a pedestal and honor yourself better.

Love Yourself to Bits

It is time to say I love you to yourself. Stop feeling love for people outside and give your soul a chance. It is important to be madly in love with the person you are.

Cherish your dreams, celebrate your achievements, take yourself out and know your goals clearly.

Conclusion

Do not judge your potential based on your past or how people perceive you. Be your own man and assess yourself according to your experiences.

Do not let the world bother your self-image. Keep on with the fight and reach new heights!
