It may seem shallow for the first few days, but trust me you will get used to it. Plus when you see the benefits of waking up to a wall filled with positive affirmations, you will thank me! Write down relevant feel-good quotes that make you smile and want to continue your battle towards a world-class life. Post its are a great way to stop yourself from dragging yourself to work and being happy about where you are.

Be a hero to them and force yourself to go on and achieve great things.

It is you who has to ultimately live with the consequences of your actions. Society will only come and shame you when you go wrong. So stop putting them up on a pedestal and honor yourself better.

Love Yourself to Bits

It is time to say I love you to yourself. Stop feeling love for people outside and give your soul a chance. It is important to be madly in love with the person you are. Cherish your dreams, celebrate your achievements, take yourself out and know your goals clearly.
