
The flow of thoughts is a recurring process in a mind. It is said that one must be a witnesser of his or her own thoughts. While people try their best to get positive ones but the chances to get indulged in the negative thoughts are relatively higher. This is because we are filled with fear, uncertainties, and apprehensions in life.
The more we try to remain calm, the more havoc negative thoughts create within us. Therefore it is really important to get a hold on the optimism and hopes in life by being positive to retain the sanity and wisdom for longer.
When Minds Takes Us Away from Positivity
Almost every one of us experiences how our mind dwell more into negative thinking than on positivity when any uncertainty happens in life. But thoughts alone are not the cause of sufferings and unhappiness; it’s when we get attached to them so much that it becomes really hard to come out from it.
This is when the power of positivity helps combat the situation to a great extent. When you create a shield to the negative thoughts enveloping the mind, the feeling of guilt and remorse start drifting away.
Let the Positive Thoughts Overpower Your Mind
Eckhart Tolle once said, “Rather than being your thoughts and emotions, be the awareness behind them.”
This is the reason why power is said to be maintained in choosing thoughts over others. But countering thoughts could be like fighting with fire.
So all that one need to do is let go the shitty thoughts hovering the mind and stick to the thoughts which create positivity inside and out.
Always remember once you become able to substitute the depressing thoughts with the optimistic ones, nothing can stop you outshining everyone.
