Friends freely move lovingly.
The relationship of friendship does not involve a transaction. Rather it involves a conversation. There are no rules when it comes to being friends. They are the ones you can be silly with and have a good time together.
They are the silent supporters who are around during the good and not so good times as well. What initiates friendship is love and no other motive of gaining something out of the other.
It’s just purely relational.
“There are no rules for friendship. It must be left to itself. We cannot force it any more than love.”
— William Hazlitt
Friendship Knows No Grammar
Friendship can’t be taught because there is no grammar or a technique for it. Yet what is needed is a right attitude.
This attitude comes from an innate wisdom in us. We know how to be friends when we decide to. Then It’s not hard to have a conversation with the person. One begins to lighten up and enjoy the company.
Friendship creates an environment for us to be ourselves. It’s a place to be without any motive of getting anything from the other.
“Friendship is the hardest thing in the world to explain. It’s not something you learn in school. But if you haven’t learned the meaning of friendship, you really haven’t learned anything.”
— Muhammad Ali
Friends Bring Meaning To Life
Sometimes having no rules can bring a lot of meaning to friendship. Friends know how to be completely accepting and playful at the same time. Through the ups and downs of life, they are present.
Their presence makes the seriousness of life easy. With friends, you could laugh through the bad times as well.
Friends Are Truly ― A Stress-Buster
- We call our friends.
- We look out for them.
- We want to hear their voices and talk to them when we are in trouble.
- Their valuable presence serves as a respite for many.
We cannot force friendship either just because we know the person for a very long time.
Friendship could also be love at first sight. You may come across someone who is not known to you for a very long time. But it could be that you feel very comfortable to be around this new person. Sensing a feeling of knowing the person deeply.
“The depth of friendship does not depend on the length of acquaintance.”
— Rabindranath Tagore
Friends are Like Flowers in the Garden of Life
Friendship freely moves lovingly. Having friends is being rich in the circle of relationships. To have friends in one’s life is a blessing. Friendship makes the journey of life much more entertaining and much more fun.
It’s beautiful to grow old with friends. There are no rules just completely being there for each other. Life is gold with the presence of friends.
Friendship is the wealth that stays with one and grows throughout life and beyond. The memories of true friendship nourish our minds. It brings so much joy every time one thinks about those funny sweet sensitive moments.
“It is one of the blessings of old friends that you can afford to be stupid with them.”
— Ralph Waldo Emerson
