Having A Friend In Life Can Help You Come Out Of The Dark
“I would rather walk with a friend in the dark, than alone in the light.” ― Helen Keller

A friend in need is a friend indeed! Finding a true soul mate is the biggest victory in life. It’s not necessary to have 5 to 10 true friends, just one would serve the purpose.

It doesn’t matter how far they are and how often you talk, the little conversation now and then is more than enough to keep sailing the bond for lifetime.

In this era, when communication is at fingertip, it is always possible to connect with each other, but busy schedules and commitments won’t let us to.

For a true friend, it doesn’t matter how often you contact, just a smiley once in a while or a birthday wishes is more than enough. But if there is a need or if you are in any trouble, that special friend of yours will be there to give a shoulder to lean on.

This is the reason for the saying- “I would rather walk with a friend in the dark, than alone in the light.”

Friendship is a Commitment

A true friend will always look into bringing the best from you. The amount of encouragement and support you get from a friend is rarely seen in any other relationship.

Being able to trust someone blindly is an achievement, and you are committed similarly to be always reachable at all times of need. Friendship is totally based on trust, without this – there is nothing.

To list the names of true friends, there is no need to think. If you are thinking to name your true friends, then they are not meant to be called so.

No matter what bond is shared, trust is the base of everything, thus the saying “I would rather walk with a friend in the dark, than alone in the light.” depicts the same.

Broken friendship is hard to fix, as it’s not the bond that breaks, it’s the trust. Be careful about who you trust and who you share your problems with.

Untrustworthy people are not meant to be a part of your life. A broken trust is equal to death. No matter how good they seems and how sweet they talk, don’t give a second chance to those who don’t know the meaning of trust.

Three Signs of Bonding

Every bonding needs three things mainly- friendship, trust and love. Respect is earned, trust is gained, honesty is appreciated and loyalty is returned.

If someone has broken your trust, no one else but you should be blamed, for you gave the key of happiness to an untrustworthy person.

Don’t bring pause to your life when wrong people walk out of it, shrug them away and move on with a smile. Life is too short to wait and worry for those who are not worth your love.

To find what you expect from others, be an example. Trust people but don’t hesitate to verify. It’s better to have a companion than to walk alone.

Breaking trust in any relationship is not a new thing; all of us would have either experienced or heard of it at some point in life.

It’s good to love all, trust some and do wrong to none. Because the value of a friend might be felt only when it is lost, so be truthful to make sure the relationship stays forever irrespective of how life changes.

Don’t trust those who lie to you, at the same time don’t lie to those who trust you!
