I know it is easier said than done but here, I list out some simple tips that I have tried and tested on myself.

The first and the most important thing that you need to do in order to live a life that you love is to love yourself.

You must never criticize yourself because you take action at any given time, depending on your capacity and knowledge in that particular moment.

So, you must not be harsh on yourself for making mistakes. You must treat yourself with love and kindness.

If you do not love yourself, it is not just hard but impossible to lead a life that you want and love.

Meditation is one of the best tools that can help you live a more fulfilling life. It helps you go deeper into your subconscious and understand yourself better.

Life is more than just about work. Hence, you must find time for yourself and do one thing every single day that you enjoy.

This will help you get the life you want and love because you will be dedicating time to yourself every day without default.

5. Take a Day off and Dedicate it to Yourself

Finally, as important as it is to be there for your loved ones and work to earn a living, it is also important to pamper yourself and do the things you love.

You must set aside one day a week to dedicate completely to yourself. On this day, you can do something that you like the most or don’t get to do the rest of the week.

You can even decide not to do anything and simply sleep all day. The world is your oyster, and whatever helps you relax will ultimately lead you to a life you want and love.

As is evident, it is not too difficult to get to a point where you have a life you want and love. I led a fairly complicated life myself, and now, through sheer willpower and love for myself, I broke down the shackles and flew away into the sky like a bird held captive for too long.
