Communication is a complex process that a lot of us fail to comprehend in its entirety. We find it difficult to state our emotions through words, verbal action or the like. Only a handful of us are skilled to send or decipher messages in a form that is simple and easily understandable. These people are blessed as they have mastered the art of communication. Kindness is such a way in which we can reach a mass easily, as it is a language understood by all. Even a tough person showing no emotions melts easily when you show a bit of kindness towards them.

Here are a number of ways in which you can reach out to people through Kindness:

1. Act through Love and Kindness

Each of your actions on a daily basis can be created via love and kindness. Make sure that you put a lot of passion and love in the work you create. This is the only way to be fully present during your day. Conscious attempts to fill your day with love can make your day a lovely one. For eg.- When you are conversing with a person, make it your responsibility to shower them with love in all forms possible. Let them know you are loved and in the process you will receive appreciation and kindness from them.

2. Praise someone who needs to know their worth

Often, we forget to acknowledge a person’s contribution in their field of work or any small thing they have done for us. Make them know they are loved and that their efforts are well-appreciated. This will make their day instantly! Don’t you want to be the Santa Clause for adults struggling through life?

When you know you are in a better position than someone else, help that person to come out of their struggle. Every kind act comes with a reward. It might not be immediate but the results will amaze you as you go through life being loving and compassionate towards people.

4. Stop being Jealous or Complaining

Don’t complain about anyone or anything for a day and see how your life changes. You will notice that you have let go of negative emotions like anger, jealousy, insecurity etc., If you have to talk about a person make sure that you are saying something positive and something that highlights the goodness in them.

5. Be the person who begins a Conversation

People often suffer from anxiety or ego because of which they cannot start interaction or participate in conversations. Make life easier for them. It is not that they don’t want to talk or would feel uncomfortable if you strike a conversation. It is just that some people find it difficult to initiate.

6. Thank You Notes

This is a beautiful way to spread joy throughout the day. Use post-its to let people know they are loved and appreciated. Stick thank you notes on the fridge for your mom and dad so they know how much you care about them and acknowledge their presence and contribution in your life. Post such notes on a colleague’s desk when they are away, this will make sure a smile crosses their face when they realize you have used kind words to describe them and their contribution.

Conclusion

Kindness is irreplaceable. However successful or huge a brand we become, it is important to keep kindness in our heart. This is the only way in which we will be able to show up as a good person, filled with love and good wishes for others. Even if a person acts rudely with you, bringing out your kindness towards them and making sure you don’t react similar to them, makes a lot of difference. Remember a person who is rude is basically hurt and that is why they are being rude or acting weird. You can transform their aura by being amazingly kind towards them.
