“It is not the size of a man but the size of his heart that matters.” ― Evander Holyfield

Bid Adieu to Shallow Thought Process

We live in a world where are constantly judged on the basis of our body size. If we are too heavy, people suggest us to become a weight-lifting champion. When we are too petite, people make mockery of our small size.

What do we do? Why is the size of a man important? Why do we judge or measure a person by their size?

This is due to the shallow thought process. We have a preconceived notion that people should not be too little or too big in size. Who makes these rules?

How about measuring a person by the size of their heart? A person can shine in multiple ways! A petite person may have the strength of 3 heavy weight individuals. A heavy weight individual may be as delicate as a flower!

Our shallow thought process makes us view the world in a biased fashion.

“It does not matter the size of the man, rather the amount of the effort the man is willing to put forth.”
― Woody Hayes

Does the Size of a Man Really Matter?

When I look at people, I do not look at them by measuring their body weight, size or stature. For me, it is important that they have a big heart. A heart which is giving and pure is something which attracts me.

If I look at people with a shallow thought process, I would never be able to look at their purest side! We need to forget the preconceived notion of how a person is supposed to be!

The size of the heart is what really matters! We must see the true potential of a human being through his/her deeds.

Are they a good human being? Are they kind and generous? That’s what really matters – the size of the heart should be big and you should be generous!

“Leave the preconceived notions behind and love a person for who he/she is and not for the size of their body!”

The Need for Approval from the Society

Somehow we believe that we need approval from the society to live peacefully. People try to impose their thoughts on you but they are not paying your bills or they have not raised you.

Even the size of your wallet does not really matter and the actual wealth is your pure heart. If you are the fittest person in the world but you have an unclear heart, full of hatred and ill feelings, then there is nothing to be proud of!

Do you know that you can take advantage of your size in a number of ways? Think of it in a positive light! Everyone is seeking approval from people but frankly, you do not need it.

You can rise and shine! Just have a clear heart and do not live by society’s terms and conditions. This is our biggest mistake! Leave the shallow thought process behind and discard such shallow people out of your life.

You need positive and happy people around you, who love you for your heart and not your size! Learn to respect yourself and be with people who respect and love you.
