It is a distasteful thing to note that we are living in a world where everyone is only concerned about themselves and their needs.
Humanity has deteriorated to a point where if someone shows you an act of kindness is because they want something from you. Even so, we can all be different. Kindness is a precious gift that we should all tap into.

There are always more than enough opportunities for showing kindness everywhere we are because we are always surrounded by people.
Many people pass up the chance to show kindness because they feel they are not obligated. Because of this, people have forgotten that there are kind people on earth.
This reminded me of a time when I helped an old lady carry her groceries to her car, and she said she did not know kind people existed in my generation. This saddened my heart to hear, but I knew what she meant.
We have to be a people with change. Showing kindness is the purest form of love and appreciation for humanity. Let us remind the world of kindness.

Everyone is always busy trying to make ends meet and survive through life. You may also be in this cycle, and sometimes you may desire a simple act of kindness from anyone to make the day better and easier.
Just like you may desire kindness, everyone else desires it. Be the bigger person and be a dispenser of kindness. Let it start with you, and you will change the world.
