Say yes to learning something new that arouses your curiosity. Say yes to meeting new people, even if they’re an extended friend in your circle. Say yes to that trial class your friend has been bugging you about. The list goes on, you get the idea.
You won’t know where and how these things will lead you but they’ll grow you in ways you’ll never expect. Never underestimate the ordinary for the extraordinary just because it didn’t feel or look like it’s worth your time and effort from the onset. Just say yes first and see how life will unfold for you.

When it comes to your mind, take control of it. You have it in you to create the thoughts you want. It’s just a matter of flexing the good-thoughts muscle. Try this whenever you see yourself in a midst of a negative thought. For every time you think of a negative one, come up with 2 positive ones straightaway. Do this regularly and you’ll clear so much headspace!
Exercise enough to stay fit and fitter for an extraordinary life. You are after all a physical being and you have the responsibility to take care of your body if you want to experience all that life has to offer. Because having an ‘excess baggage’ is never a good idea for any journey.
Emotions make you human. But too much of negative ones weigh you down. Have you ever noticed that negative emotions somehow feel ‘heavy’ while positive ones are usually ‘light and easy’? Well, it’s pretty obvious that you should know which emotion to let go of and which to feel more of.
Now that you know what you can do to keep your mind, body and emotion well, you’ll soon begin to understand why these three need to be aligned in order for you to grow into the life you want. And it’s just a matter of daily conscious practice.
So always clear away that which does not serve you (mentally, physically and emotionally) to make space for more of what does.
