In an act to make another happy, you get inspiration of contentment and at the same time cheer your inner soul for being the reason for someone else smile. If there is a single candle lightning in the corner, you can take its inspiration to light the remaining one. In this, neither the life of candle gets shortened nor its light gets diminished. Instead it glows brighter. You can gain enough lesson from this example as it will allow you to carefully think over how happiness gets enhanced when shared with others.
Happiness can be spread to an infinite number of people, and you will find that it will not get diminished even by the slightest bit. The encouragement you get creates even more happiness in your path. It has an incredible tendency to proliferate when it is shared.
There are many people who often tend to hold things back. You may have the same tendency to internalize things rather than going out and sharing them with others. At many times you forget that there are others around you who upkeep about the same things you do, who get ardent about the things you are, who get thrilled about the feelings for the things you are excited for.
To learn to share and increase happiness, first you need to find a suitable source of your inspiration and then continue. For this, in initial stage you may begin by offering help to others the way you can and share happiness among people who are of same interest as yours. Develop the habit to encourage and inspire them to be the reason of self and other’s happiness too. You can then make effort with people of diverse interest, motivation to spread your happiness. Continue to share your thoughts and insights and little help to spread smile on their faces. Sharing of excitement can also bring the happiness in face of Thrill’s around you. You can stay connected and be motivated with people around you to continue spreading the feeling of happiness. At present you may have no idea of multiplier influence that sharing things with others can have. You will gradually find that none will benefit and motivated more than yourself by sharing it.
Learn to Spread Happiness
The moment you were born you started spreading happiness. It suggests that each individual has some quality and influences to maintain and spread happiness ongoing till the end of life. Never interfering and hurting others, spreading of happiness should be the motto of your life to bring cheer and contentment within and around you. You can also adopt a very simple approach to spread more happiness in your own little world through sympathy, kind and healing words. You can try getting deeply happy around your loved ones, consociate or stranger being the cause of their happiness. Let your thoughts and feelings come out and reach to people around you. For this, first it is prominent that you alter your thinking and develop motivation in direction of targeting the feeling of cheer and satisfaction. Developing behaviour of sympathetic, motivation and politeness will lead you closer in settling goal of learning to spread happiness.
Abandon the Feeling of Selfishness through Cheer
If you are selfish, you just try to accomplish to manage your needs. Selfishness will keep you away from being kind, sympathetic and considering about others needs. If you have become selfish in your society or acquaintance, you may have influenced by the thoughts of abandonment or reshuffle of roles or being opportunistic and seeking excuses. If you have already become selfish, you will find yourself only self-conscious and notice that other’s feelings are inappropriate. Getting out of this feeling is the fundamentals of spiritual development and good relationships for the concept of sharing happiness.
Bringing cheer in life of others along with you is utmost essential to create the feeling of happiness and bringing colors to life. Try out and spread the inspiration of enlightening the path of others life through happiness.
